Faraday Future FF91 Launch: Revolutionizing Electronic Vehicles

The all-new 2017 Faraday Future FF91 launch was anything but ordinary as one of the most awaited electronic car had quite a speculative showdown. From state of the art auto-parking to the claim of being the fastest car in the world; FF91 did it all… except for a tiny bit of artificial intelligence function, that failed to perform during the live demonstration.  Yet it was one of the best plays that took place in Las Vegas during CES 2017.

Faraday Future FF91 launch at the 2017 CES (Las Vegas) is billed to be the most formidable challenge Tesla ever had to think about. All the credit goes to its ground-breaking sprint speed, design, and automation functions that make it one of the most desirable electronic car in the making. So here are the expected specs for FF91 and glimpse at few features that were previewed.

Keep in mind these Faraday Future FF91 specs are yet to be embodied in the final production car because not every feature in a prototype car’s design or specs makes through the assembly lines.

  • The 2017 FF91 prototype SUV boasts a beautiful aerodynamic design to meet its high-sprinting profile and road power.
  • Packed inside the Faraday Future’s first ever car is a 1,050 horsepower electric core that can accelerate it from 0-60mph in just 2.39 seconds. This makes it the fastest car in the world.
  • The show presenters at Las Vegas said that a revolutionary compact battery system powers the new FF91 and is capable of delivering the mileage of 378 miles, the highest ever claimed!

More Cutting-Edge Features

  • Multiple LTE modems and Wi-Fi for net surfing, media streaming, multiplatform synchronization, and connectivity.
  • Removable aerodynamic side mirrors (so side-view cameras can easily replace them once they are approved).
  • A touch interface in place of door handles while keyless smartphone entry will also be active.
  • Intelligent LED lighting for brake lights.
  • Turn signals and charge indicators.
  • Suicide doors; self-parking; an HD display capable live streaming media and seamlessly

As the latest 2017 FF91 prototype sprinted away along with supercars like Bentley Bentaiga, Ferrari 488 GTB, Tesla Model X (P100D) and the champion Tesla Model S, no one else had the control of readings and there were few other discrepancies as well.

Discrepancies during the Launch Faraday Future FF91

The FF91 demo at Las Vegas suffered several mishaps and technical difficulties. The sprint readings registered a, but for spectators without any equipment, it was impossible to really measure which car actually accelerated the fastest.

During the demonstration, Faraday Future FF91’s self-parking demonstration went heywire as the CEO YT Jia stood alone center-stage in the dark waiting for the prototype model.

As the presenters introduced and talked about various features, it seemed like the motivation in their voices wasn’t coming with full conviction. The confidence level of the presenting staff seemed pretty low and the failures made them more confused.

Lastly, the Faraday Future prototype EV was never shown in the full light and the camouflage paint job was still there, invoking more suspicion among the CES 2017 visitors.

Faraday Future FF91 Launch: Summary

Provoking exciting with opening lines, “what we are creating is more than a car, is more than just a car,” and then blowing the spectators away with a working self-parking system and the ability to seek a parking spot was impressive enough. But when Faraday Future FF91 sprinted away to 60 in 2.39, that’s when everyone’s hearts (including Elon Musk) must have started racing. Yes, that’s to be tested, but it’s successful, the retest wouldn’t be the glorious moment, the launch CES 2017 would be remembered as the historical moment an electronic vehicle left combustion cars behind by all scales.
